Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL)
All lysates (PYROTELL®, PYROTELL®-T, PYROCHROME® and CHROMO-LAL) sold by PYROQUANT DIAGNOSTIK GmbH are manufactured by Associates of Cape Cod, Inc. (License No. 700), validated against FDA's Reference Standard Endotoxin and released by the FDA.PYROCHROME®: Chromogenic formulation (Method D and E, EP)PYROCHROME® is suitable for the kinetic as well as for the endpoint method (405 nm).It will be delivered together with reconstitution buffer; alternatively with GLUCASHIELD® a glucan inhibiting buffer. An endpoint diazo-kit (540 – 550 nm) is available for testing yellow coloured samples. |
